For any reactivation or extension of the course after the 7th month, Metro Brokers will charge the student 20% of the current retail price of the course for each 30-day extension or partial 30-day extension in the event that the course finally terminates before the end of the final 30-day extension. Pre-Licensing Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 72%. Two (2) attempts are allowed to pass the final exam. If the student does not pass in the second attempt, the student will be required to re-enroll (at 50% of the current retail price) and re-take the course before taking another final exam.
Proctoring Final Exams: The state requires that your final course exam be proctored. You’ll need to schedule an appointment with an online proctor in advance. You can find full details of the proctoring process here. Upon passing the final course exam you and your proctor will be asked to sign an affidavit verifying your identity as the student who completed the course and the final course exam.
Equipment Requirements: The tech requirements for the proctoring process are a bit higher than for the course. You will not be able to use a tablet, since tablets do not allow you to share your screen with a proctor. Please read the list here to review the tech requirements needed for your electronic proctoring.
